Riviera del Sol by bus and train from Malaga airport

“Can I get from Malaga Airport to Riviera del Sol by bus and train?" wrote Vince.

I wrote back: “Hi Vince, You can catch the train from Malaga airport train station to Fuengirola train station at 4 minutes and 34 minutes past each hour.

It's a 45 minute train journey and then you only have to trundle your suitcase for less than 200 metres between the Fuengirola train station and the Fuengirola bus station a block away.

If you check the bus timetable you will see there are two buses every hour on the Fuengirola to Marbella route and the Riviera del Sol bus stop is one of the bus stops between Fuengirola and Marbella. I hope they have cleaned it up since I last checked it out.
