The Marbella to Fuengirola bus route follows the CN340 (Carretera Nacional 340) on the sea side from Marbella to to Fuengirola and the inland side from Fuengirola to Marbella. DO NOT EVER attempt to cross this road on foot. Build in time into your journeys to walk to the nearest underpass or footbridge over the road. The road traffic is lethal, dense and travels far too fast. If you insist, make sure your travel insurance includes repatriation of deceased.
