Unicasa on the list of bus stops between Marbella and Fuengirola was really the Torrenueva bus stop. I checked it out and found that the bus stop is actually Torrenueva. The Torrenueva Urbanisation is on the left of the photo below. If you are travelling from Marbella to Fuengirola and want to get off at Torrenueva, your bus stop is on the right of the CN340 just behind the 500m exit sign.. The sea is on the right You can see travellers waiting for the bus which will take them to Fuengirola or beyond.
There are two footbridges across the stretch of road. Both connect La Cala de Mijas and the beach on the right with the developments on the inland side. On the right of the picture you are looking
La Cala de Mijas and in the background you can see the mountains behind Fuengirola. The
Saturday morning market in La Cala de Mijas is right next to the second footbridge in the distance on the inland side.
The bus stop if you are travelling from Fuengirola to Marbella is hidden in the palm trees on the bottom left of the photo. If you are driving from Fuengirola and want to get to the beach, take the exit which you can just see on the left. The bus stop is just next to the exit.
