Malaga airport train schedules C1 line |
Until the new underground train station at Malaga airport is completed, stand on the airport side of the train stop to go to Fuengirola train station or to any of the stops in between Malaga Airport and Fuengirola train station.
Here is the Linea C1 schedule of trains leaving the Maria Zambrano main train station in Malaga and stopping at Malaga Airport and then continuing along the line for all destinations between Malaga airport and Fuengirola train station. You will see that Aeropuerto (Malaga airport train stop) is the 4th train stop travelling from Malaga city towards Fuengirola. Please note that Sundays and on some local holidays, some of these scheduled train services do not operate. Free Local Trains Travellers who have to get to Malaga's María Zambrano station to catch a high speed AVE train to Madrid or the other way round, those who come to spend time on the Costa del Sol on an AVE can go free on the local (Cercanias) lines to and from Fuengirola and Alora.
The offer is available during the two hours before departure of the AVE from Malaga and two hours after arrival of the train in Malaga city's station.
The same offer is not available to passengers at the other end in Madrid though. |
